I've recently had my ensuite bathroom completely renovated by Lionsgate Design Inc. The renovation was completed on time as promised. Even though with the Convid-19 set backs , the project went smoothly.
A thank you is in order to Tina Singh the designer who coordinated the project from start to finish and her team of trades people. All necessary precautions were taken to make sure no damage was done to hardwood floors/stairs by using special temporary floor covering. The team of trades were very professional and courteous . All in all I was very pleased with the renovation and I definitely recommend Lionsgate Design Inc.
Thanks again Tina and the crew, you've done an excellent job, I love the Glass walk in shower, the Vanity and choice of Quartz, plumbing fixtures, free standing Bathtub, Toilet, Bidet, porcelain floor/wall tiles and the finishing touches.

This a great service if need some design direction and don’t know where to start. We ask that you come prepared for your appointment with all the questions you’d like to ask. You’ll have two hours of undivided attention from one of our lead experts, who will provide you with professional recommendations based on your questions. We’ll also make notes and leave them behind for your review. This will be the end of the professional service, unless you’d like to upgrade to our Luxe or Ultra Luxe package.
If the question is regarding our process and pricing, you would contact our Client Service Manager for more information. If you have more design questions and require more advice, you will need to schedule another consultation. Consultations are booked at our hourly rate unless you move forward with one of luxe or ultra luxe programs.
A concept package is a visualization of what your space can look like. These are not final drawings, but conceptual only. They give you an IDEA and VISION of how your space can look with design recommendations based on your overall goal and dream. Final measurements and drawings are not part of this package. They come in the next phase when you sign a contract, retain our services, and we start your project.
This is a great question and very complex. It’s hard to assess what’s required without knowing exactly what you’re looking for. Once we meet, we’ll have a better understanding of the scope and cost of your project. We’ll always treat your investment as if it were our own and will help you avoid any costly or time-consuming pitfalls.
Most definitely. If you qualify for our luxe or ultra luxe program we pass along our full discounts to you. If on the basic program, we recommend our VIP membership to take advantage of great discounts and other exciting features.
Our signature design style is “Timeless Classic” or “Casual Elegance.” Most of our clients seek the same. However, we can easily adapt to your needs and/or help you discover the style that speaks to you the most.
Our Luxe level is the most in-demand. It’s a full-service, bespoke experience that lets you confidently step away from all the behind-the-scenes tasks in the design process (i.e., sourcing materials, booking contractors, managing schedules, etc.). Meanwhile, you’ll still have final sign-off on anything you’d like to approve. Of course, if you desire even more bells and whistles, you can ask us about our Ultra Luxe package.
